When I was a kid we had an assignment in poetry. I was tasked to write a poem about Timbuktu. Here it is:

Tim and I a'hunting went
We met three ho-s in a popup tent
The ho-s be three and we be two
So I buck one, and Tim buck two.

The End

If there exists such a term in English too, I’m not familiar with it but in my country we call such jokes “jokes with a beard” which means they are really old   . This one has a beard as long as Bin Laden. :D :D :D

Ah, if your comment refers to my mention about my not being familiar with the term, you didn’t understand me :) – I wasn’t trying to say I didn’t know the word Timbuktu but the term “a joke with a beard” in English(probably such an idiom doesn’t exist in your language though).

It means he kicked the slats out of his crib, laughing at it.

This topic reminds me of an exorcism incantation from Courage the Cowardly Dog:

Hullabaloo, and howdy doo!
Musty prawns, and Timbuktu!
Yeltsy-bye, and hibberty-poo!
Kick 'em in the dishpan! Hoo hoo hoo!
