Do you also have this feeling, of not being wanted here on this site?

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

No more than in real life.

i do not come here to get replies.
i just see this site as a slate that i can write my thoughts on (if i can find a post which i want to post in which is rare now), and there is a reasonable chance they may be read.

i do not really care to hear feedback, and i do not get any feedback anyway, so i am comfortable.

i once wanted to join in with the members, but they are a club unto themselves and so i am content with just chirping my thoughts like a bird in a tree on a busy street.

i think one has to have a "charisma" (whatever it is but i think it is an attractive "pied piper" way of talking to people with a charm that makes their audience take notice).

i have no charisma and my way of talking is sterile and not emotionally conducive, so people skip what i say but i do not care because it is the same way in all the world and i am used to it and i am actually kind of happy with it.

i never felt a great need to connect with anybody in the present.
i can not talk for my future.

Who knows a site where you are welcome as asperger?

This site welcomes people with aspergers but you seem rejecting it for some non-personality related reason. No need to wear your political views on your sleeve or get upset if people disagree with you.

B9, I always read your posts (just when I happen to see them I'm not a stalker, honest) because there's always something worth reading and they're usually pretty funny too. Don't stop.

Yeah well what can you do? The internet, just like real life, isn't fair. You can either accept that or not but accepting it will mean you don't get so upset by it when it happens.

I don't have mates here btw, I've been pm'ed by 2 people one of whom was a mod and the other an NT (oh and you but you didn't reply) and when people reply to my posts it's rarely in agreement but that's cool by me. Feel pretty much on my own here but it's like that in real life too so I'm used to it. The reason I stay is this is the only place I've ever really identified with other people, everyone here's going through the same thing to a greater or lesser degree we're all just at different stages of the process.

The other thing B9 says is he just writes what he wants to and doesn't care for feedback, he probably never looks to see if there's replies to his posts. You can learn a lot from him.

Hm. I was going to just post a response to the original question here, but I wonder if that is appropriate as this thread seems to have evolved into a thing I do not understand...

Ah well, I am here so I will respond anyway. I do not have the feeling of not being wanted here. But I did not come to this site with the intention of fitting in and/or making friends... I came here to hopefully learn from the words/experiences of others... and I have. I do not often seek people out or crave friendship/attention from others, so even if I was not wanted here, I would most likely be oblivious to it.

how about instead of being a dick, you try to think of reasons he's not replying. Maybe he's shy or doesn't want to reply or it could be that he doesn't check his messages.

sometimes i feel like people dont really give a crap about what i say, but that's normal. its a nice site, either way.

and i feel it is unfair of you to post a question like this, which suggests you seek sympathy. and then you get irritable with the people who reply. the nature of your posts suggests you do this deliberately, as well.

If you're wanting to be welcomed, I'd say not calling people fascists is a good place to start.
