For example, it bothers me when staircases have an odd number of stairs. If I'm walking up a staircase I already know has an odd number, I'll either lead with my right foot or skip the first step with my left. I'll even memorize the number of stairs on staircases I walk on frequently so I know when to do this. Also, if a staircase is odd, but there is another one in my route that is odd, I don't skip a step because I know it will "even out."

I would ask "anyone else here do something similar?" but that's pretty much a given, so what weird things like this bug you?

I do that a lot. But I do it a bit differently. Most staircases are two parts per floor with a landing in the middle, if you know what I mean, so I walk by skipping a step going up, walking up the last step, then walking the first step with the other foot so it evens out.

small noises from the car that shouldn't be there.
TV, I'll use it as a screen for my computer and watch my two shows, but other than that, why have a cable pack? It's stupid.
cars with no mufflers that sound like turds without mufflers. If you have a nice V8, then by all means straight pipe it up, but you're little mexican driving his fiesta with no muffler isn't cool.

People that have stuff broken, but never bother to fix it.

People in general. Just something about them that I just don't care for. :?

I hate it when people have bad table manners, there are many variations of this and I notice them all.

When people eat very, very quickly. My husband often gets into a sweat in his "feeding frenzy"............. thats serious eating!! !! !

When people make slurpping, sucking loud eating noises(My husband's father was Italian and they tend to do this allot, so my husband does it too)

When people are greedy and don't consider that others need to eat too and take all or the vast majority of one particualar food item, when sharing food.

When people reach infront of others to grab at some thing on the table without saying excuse me or asking for someone else to pass it to them.

When people talk with their mouths full.

When people just sit down and go for it without waiting for others to be seated.

When people get up and leave while others are still eating.

When people bang their cutlery or tableware around

When people don't hold or use their cutlery properly

When people lean all over the table

When people push their plates out infront of them when they have finished eating.

Ohhhhh there's so many things on this topic but I have other things I need to do today.

There is one particular part of my extended family who are I love to eat with. They all have such good table manners and are so considerate of others...........at the table anyway. I would like to be adopted by them just so I could eat every meal like they do..................mmmmmmmmmmm..............................ANNNNYWAY.

"people who order three Big Macs and a DIET Coke"

Sorry, but I had to speak up about this one, as it really pisses me off. :x :D

Why would that piss you off? I personally don't like regular Coke; it gives me a bad taste in my mouth. I do like Diet Coke to accompany greasy food, like burgers and fries, though. It seems to kind of cut through the grease.

It seems strange that something like that would actually piss someone off, though. I'm glad I don't get pissed off that easily; I'd be a total wreck.

I drink Diet Coke/Pepsi because I like the taste, not because I am trying to lose weight (though that might be a good idea for me). Drinking regular Coke/Pepsi to me tastes like drinking syrup; it's just too sweet, especially with food.

When I am woken up to the sound of talking or am trying to sleep when people are talking.

I need to wake up and fall asleep to silence.

I do this because when I am eating there are usually only one or two things that I like. I take a lot of that one particular item, but I don't take a majority of all of the food, just that one item. Everyone still has enough food. They just get more of the types of food that I don't like.

What bothers me is when people who like lots of the available foods know that I only want one item and they eat a lot of that one item and then they have other foods that they like available but I don't even get the one type of food that I like and then I am hungry and have nothing to eat and they are still eating the other foods. They are the ones being greedy.

Most weird things that bother me don't occur to me until they are happening. :?

Though.
There is the whole thing with people leaving their drink cans and dishes and such on the computer desk.... on a bad day, just seeing that can send me into meltdown. Blegh.

I agree. I don't like that.

They drive me nuts..... but, I often find myself imitating them, too... also sometimes unintentionally. Sometimes that weirds me out, because I don't notice I'm doing it (what with the actual alarm itself being highly distracting and all)... and then I do... and I'm like "WTH?".

Weird things that bother me could best be answered by saying, People whom sometimes rub their hands through their hair..I realise this probably nutty but, just something I find weird and somewhat annoying..

Ending something on a number with which I am not comfortable, for example on a game I play, I can't stand getting to a level or a score that isn't divisible by 5. I don't know why, it is only with this game.

I also can't stand it when people exhale forcefully through their mouth when facing me. Totally disgusting.

People who swing their arms a lot when they walk. It's like they're trying to take up as much space as possible, and I can't tell you how many times I've been whacked in the face. Grr

And when people get sayings and adages a tiny bit wrong. Today in the public toilets at college I heard a girl say "Bad habits die hard." No! No, it's OLD habits die hard! OLD habits. Get it right.
