I'm trying to cut back. I actively try to stim in less obvious ways.

yes, i don't mind my stims being too obvious.if people comment i say 'i have problems controling my nerves' which is the truth... in serious situations (weddings, funerals, classes) i do this thing with my tounge.

my tounge goes back and forth in my mouth, about the same speed as my leg stims, it rubs against teeth not sure how much damage it does to my taste buds.
