I'm 36 years old and I barely have any. Ever since I was 13, I've wanted some under there. I guess as a symbol of masculinity or something or maybe just to feel older or my age even. Everyone else around me had hair there but me. I'm thinking that it's not that visible because I'm big and that if I were thinner, it would come closer together making it more apparent. But when I was 18, I was very thin and you couldn't see it at all.

I suppose it could also be that when I was born, I had very light hair. Maybe "new" body hair grows out as the color you were born with. That can't be true because my other area...y'know...is dark.

I've read about eucalyptus oil, applying it you the area and it'll help.

I HATE armpit hair on both men and women. You should be glad!

I dunno.. you could shave it. Hair is supposed to grow in thicker and darker after you shave it. (Probably because the natural skinny hair-tips get trimmed off.)

Check with your doctor to see if he can somehow put you on a testosterone pill. Failing that, there are many natural ways to increase your testosterone level: sex, lifting weights, eating lots of peanuts (no joke!), cutting down on drinking, eating non-processed protein with supplements. Good luck!

Armpit hair? hehe. I kind of feel you though. I'm pretty naturally hairless and I get self-conscious about my legs because from a distance you'd think I shaved my legs and up close it just looks bad =P. Still get slightly uncomfortable in shorts. I mostly just dont care anymore though, it does make my calves look a hell of a lot more muscular.

I was thinking same as Ssen, testosterone, but also comes with a ton of heavy side effects. If it's that big of a deal I'm sure hair transplanting could be done, all those commercials for them make it seem like it's a relatively easy thing, one day process =P.

Man! I hate my armpit hair!! ! You should be thankful you don't have much.

I keep my pit hair clipped short because, otherwise, I get deodorant dingle berries!

Believe me, you don't want deodorant dingle berries... 8)

PS

...and don't get me started on nose hair!

Armpit hair? I have some. I have a little bit of blond hair on my chest too.

I am SO glad that I am not one of those hairy guys with a thick mat of hair on their chest and their back too.

I am happy that I don't have a hairy chest, back, arms and knuckles.

I am happy that I have blond hair and only need to shave every couple of days.

It's more acceptable for men to be better groomed. How many hairy body builders or male models do you see? The ape look is out... just think of all the waxing & shaving you don't have to do

rogaine?

sorry, I was sort of half joking, but I do wonder if it would work (or if it works at all), but you should be lucky, you can hide your pits pretty easy, for me, I wish I could take it from my pits and put it on the top of head  (can you make a toupee out of pit hair?)

I've heard that bathing in human sewage will help you grow hair. You should try it and let us know how it goes ;)

I don't know... I shaved my legs ONCE ever (for wedding) and they DID grow back a different color (blonde to black). I don't know are they thicker. It seems that way but it could be the color difference.
