When I'm working, I have to listen to my music. It keeps me motivated and it helps me to get my work done, faster. If I don't listen to my music, while I'm working, I'm dragging my feet. Music fuels my fire. 8)

It deffinately helps to get into a rhythm, without it I tend to stop at irregular intervals due to random thoughts popping into my head and breaking my concentration. Music helps me stay focused.

Not all music of course, and it does happen I burst into elaborate dance routines.

I can't move without music, or at least if I do it's with bad timing and coordination

In a typical day, I will spend the vast majority of my waking hours listening to music. I feel down if I don't.

I can work without music, but I'm happier if I have my tunes. Music plays a big part in how well I function. It influences my mood.

I need music to get me through my day, at work, at home and at my clubhouse.

It depends upon what I am doing. Most of the time, yes, it is harder to stay focused without it, but for things like trying to learn a new programming language, or trying to read something that is densely packed with information, silence is much better than working with music.
