Why do they feel like a God when they have been abused so much?

Sociopaths don't feel like god, they disregard the rights and feelings of other people and are very manipulative to get what they want. Some scientists think it is caused by being emotionally neglected in the first 2-3 years of your life. They think it doesn't allow the part of the brain to develop properly that deals with emotions, impulse control, empathy etc. Other scientists think that some people have a genetic predisposision towards becoming sociopaths and an event (or several events) in early childhood triggers it. Some just think people are born that way. I don't really know how it's just what I read because I used to live with a sociopath & yeah...it was terrible.

They still suck, but why?

For the same reason that people with AS have problems with social interaction. We're born this way.

I have AS but after some personality tests I was told that I'm borderline sociopath. Having been treated like s&%t for the last fifty years I don't care what other people think and I owe society nothing.

I've done extensive reading on sociopaths due to a "Dexter" I had in my life. IMO the neurology of a sociopath and asperger's is the same with the fundamental difference being conscience and empathy. They have an absence of both while we have difficulty expressing it. As far as I am concerned they are true evil whether it's a Ted Bundy or your generic "sociopath next door". not all of them have been abused. some are simply "black sheep" from decent families. but it is correct that they "suck"- i.e., they are psychic vampires who suck the self-esteem as well as the life out of their victims. they are happy only when they have made others unhappy. psychic sylvia browne says these are "dark spirits" who, upon their deaths, do not enter the bright worlds above, but instead go into outer darkness [some folk call it "limbo"], where they languish until they decide to leave through the "left door" and immediately reincarnate into the next available body. they have done this since the dawn of man, and will continue doing this until the end of mankind, as they are too evil to go anywhere else, earth being the repository of dark spirits.
