I would like to weigh 3 kilos less than I currently do now, but my weight is my business.

I would like to weigh in around 200 LBS. Right now I weigh 285 LBS and its almost in a beer belly 42" waist. I use to run but it made feet hurt do to my flat feet so I quit running. I worked in resteraunt around the time I quit running the boss used me as a human garbage disposal when an order was canceled because he could not stand food being wasted. I'd some times eat 20-45 chicken wings a day over an eight hour period. I do not know why I did not say no but I scarfed them down with a small bowl of bluecheese and french fries.

I'd like to weigh my weight now (136), but I'd rather have the weight of the fat turn into muscle weight :P I'd like to do some flesh rearranging XD.

I would like to weigh 130. The Dr says I should way 85-95lbs but I think he's cracked his nut. I am pretty puny but that's just nuts. I used to weigh 230 but I'm down about 50 lbs, halfway to my goal. Nutrisystem is the only thing that works for me. I had to actually start eating more to loose.

I agree...your doctor is loopy!
I used to jog, hike and do Kung Fu but since my stupid back and hip issues Ive put on a bit of weight. Id like to get back to 130, Im happy there. Im 145 at the moment. Its hard to loose when you cant exercise. My doctor says I can walk sideways in a pool  ....uh, ok!

count your blessings and enjoy your present sleekness, because if you are like most other folk, your metabolism will slow down as you age, and the extra weight will more than likely appear.

I always thought 160 was a good goal for me and now that I'm there I'm thinking I could still lose a lot of weight, which I'm working on. But I'm pretty happy now, I haven't weighed this low since my early teen years.

My current weight is too obscene to print, but I'd like to be at 250. I'm 6'3", so that's not that heavy for me.
