Masterful intellectuals: These guys are seasoned intellectuals who most certainly know their stuff. They're the masters of abstract concepts and they have a wealth of knowledge and they're a force to be reckoned with when it comes to debating.

intellectuals: Individuals who chase relentlessly after topics that stimulate their intellect. These guys are pretty knowledgable and they're deep thinkers who are ready to learn enthusiastically. These folks can hold their own when it comes to debating.

Wannabe inntellectuals: These people desire to appear intectual and deep, but they clearly have no idea what they're talking about and they have a tendency to overuse and misuse big words to make themselves appear knowledgable and intimidating. When it comes to debating, these guys aren't logical and their stupidity and ignorance is often revealed to those who are true intellectuals.

I'm in between wannabe intellectual and intellectual.

Sorry if I have to make it complicated.

You like the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, too? (noticed your avatar)

I am just a regular intellectual. I know a lot about things regarding my interests.

I dunno. I’m seasoned and abstracts do not trouble me and while my education is very broad, it’s not very deep. I know a little bit about everything, but not a whole lot about anything. I know how to find out. I pursue intellectual stimulation and I’m a deep thinker and I’m pretty enthusiastic about learning.

Masterful, or close to it. The most common complement I seem to get is, "####, you know some ####!"

Take a wannabe intellectual, like me (actually I'm more of a wishIwuzza), who is eternally curious and interested in anything he doesn't know about. Add in some obsessive behavior concerning the thousands and thousands of things that maintain his interest after he learns about them. Check on him at the age of 50 and he might appear to be quite masterful, like me. :)

I don't know you, so I can't really say, but if what you posted is true then you would be a wannabe, which isn't always a bad thing. It's only bad when you're trying to sound smart by misusing big words. I recommend that you listen to intellectual debates instead of taking part in them because you might learn more that way.

Thinly veiled ignorance is the battle cry of the pseudo-intellectual individual.
