I have aspergers or something along that on the autisim spectum (yeah I know lifes a b***h), anyway are there amy methods or ways I can control my speech becasue I stutter a lot and my speech is kind of jerky and loud. My voice is not really monotone but I have difficulty controlling the way I speak sometimes.

Perphas trying to slow down the way I speak might help?

In Denmark we had a "rapper" called "Mc Einer", who shuddered badly, but when he was "singing" he had no problem at all. Very strange.

You probably do not understand the the text :? but at least you can hear that he raps without problems.
The rap is about all the problems of Christmas.

You could try to sing/rap or just think a melody or tap a rhythm with your finger(in your pocket) while talking.

Maybe this can works because you get some structure, that keeps the word-forming process in place.

I hope this helps

Anders
