I facepalmed at one of my own comments after I got corrected on it:

I said that Tim Burton directed Batman Begins, when in reality Christopher Nolan directed it. Burton directed Batman Returns.

After I told my brother about my mistake, he told me I "fail at [my] special interest" (the interest being Tim Burton, not Batman, though I failed either way with that comment).

I hope that wasn't me. I used it because I remembered this thread and it was the best thing ever to use for a description. I've been told to cut down on smileys.

It was a face palm after watching a couple of his other videos.

I agree it's hilarious and a win but not when you try to hard to make sense of it.

After being here for a couple of years, I facepalm at a lot of the old posts I made back during '07 and '08, and even a few that I made during '09. That's because I was still really immature back then - well, even more immature back then than I am now. For example, I would not stop talking about my Hellsing/Trinity Blood obsession even in threads where it wasn't appropriate, and I sometimes made comments containing "too much information" about myself. :oops:

I could say the same about myself, except starting with late 2006. And if I bothered to look posts from before then on other forums, I know I'd facepalm so hard that my face would move to the back of my head.
