Coca-Cola Zero, along with many other sugarfree drinks and candies, contains sucralose, which leads to severe digestion problems, among many other things, such as permanent bodily dysfunction. It's very similar to DDT and PCB, so like them, it probably may lead to birth defects, as well. It's also stored in fat, so it's still a danger, a long time after ingestion.

Just so you know. -_-

If you want to use sugarfree drinks, get ones with aspartame, instead. If you'd rather choose ones with sugar, just don't choose ones with "high-fructose corn syrup" (HFCS). Despite its name, high-fructose corn syrup is a sugar that is artificially made and increases aging like no other sugar does. Its construction attaches to your DNA with great ease and then breaks it down, causing rapid aging and eventually even cancer. HFCS is also called "glucose-fructose syrup".

Just a bit of information that I felt like sharing...

I'm drinking another glass of Coke 0, because God gave me free will.

I happened to notice in another thread that you even use Splenda. :/ It's seriously hazardous to one's health... I assure you. You do not want intestinal problems. :/ That is one of the many things that sucralose leads to.

If you really don't care about your health, though... at the time it leaves the body, it is with the highest likelihood very hazardous to the environment, as well. After all, it is very similar to DDT and PCB.

The use of this poison upsets me so much. -_-; The only reason they don't use the far, far less hazardous aspartame, is because aspartame is a protein, and rots with time, on the shelf. By using sucralose, the shelf life can theoretically be increased very greatly, since sucralose takes very, very long to break down. This way, they can make more money. That's also why they use high-fructose corn syrup... they save pennies and that is enough. It's so greedy; just beyond disgusting. -_- Not a thought about the health of people. And Splenda probably even is advertised as a healthy alternative...

EDIT: Oh.... :B ...aside from posting, here... I just watched an episode of Chowder on Cartoon Network. It's pretty funny at times...

I come here to have fun. Not to get advice on healthy eating. :)

Ok. Just want to preach my hatred towards these substances, whenever I get the chance.

Now I'm watching Camp Lazlo, instead... heh. I should be going to bed, although watching cartoons helps me to get sleepy.

Scotland?

Shoot I wish Scotland, I love their accents and honestly I'm tired of living in the states. I'm in Norfolk, Virginia and was listening to the local public broadcasting station.

But I don't want you to die sooner, damn-it. There can only be one CockneyRebel... one true Mick Avory twin... and this place would never be the same without you.

I've decided to live and I've switched to another cold beverage, Frescia. It's not as healthy as water but it's a lot better than diet colas. I want to live. :)

I've made a horrible joke about death and I would like to apologize. I will be feeling much happier on Christmas Day with hopes of a better 2011.
