Have we lived before, and just don't remember?

Wouldn't it suck to live a full life and then forget it all? :(

Wouldn't it be worse to live an empty life and remember it all?

an empty life usually means does not go anywhere and nothing happens in that persons lifetime...
well when im not busy my mind is free to wandor and I cherish these moments.most of the time imagination is better than reality so if I had an ''empty'' life I would be very happy to remember it. :D

But then your life would not be empty, it would be full of your creative imaginings. As long as that is what makes your life feel full and well used.

 Yes, I'd imagine if your life was filled with boredom and you remembered it all, that would be pretty hellish.

I have a strange affinity to certain periods of history--the Tudor period, for instance--but I hope I didn't live back then. It's more comfortable to view certain times from afar--and completed.

I know for sure that I've been here before, and this is the first image that reminded me of my past life, when I was 8.

courtesy of my dreams as well as other methods of divination, i believe i was most recently my own grandmother on my father's side. she died 4 years before i was born. i believe she was reborn so soon into my lifetime because she felt she left behind her oldest son [my late father] too soon and was worried about his welfare, so she came back to keep an eye on him via me. if it weren't for having to take care of me, he woulda gotten himself in lots of trouble, or at least a lot more trouble than he actually got himself into.
and before i was my own grandma, i was a prisoner in a spanish prison, and i worked in the flower garden outside. i saw my reflection in a mirror [in that lifetime, as relived through a dream] and i looked light-skinned but with dark kinky hair and a dark mustache. i was short and muscular, and looked like a pale migrant worker. i had coal-black eyes that expressed toughness.
before that lifetime i was a fair and tall rake of a playboy who did a lot of travelling by boat, and i committed suicide in that lifetime by jumping overboard an ocean vessel, over some short-sighted sadness concerning unrequitted love. i have paid for that lifetime to the present day.

Possibly but I'm more focused on my present life so the thought doesn't concern me a lot.

The reason I may be overly concerned about my past life, is because I died in such a stupid way that I didn't have to die. The hippies stoned me to death because I wore the wrong T-Shirt to Woodstock. I didn't know. I was an English Kinks Fan who came to America to go to Woodstock with my cousins.

I was also an undiagnosed Aspie in my past life, so I was easily influenced by those hippies who had a plan to "Kill off that Brit in a peaceful way." The documents for AS weren't found and converted into English, yet.
