Used to be of the dark, but now can sleep with only natural light and a streetlamp outside.

Now: large bodies of water; i.e. deep swimming pools and the sea. Cannot stand them. Also, certain objects that "look strange". I cannot explain this well; I just look at certain objects and their shape makes me want to puke.

Skunks, I'm living downtown and I met 3 skunks in the past year and one was running in my direction.

I find wide-open spaces unnerving. I don't know why.

Heights, certain materials, 'bits' (though that's OCD.)

I have a fear of creepy-crawlies walking onto me uninvited, but it's not a phobia. (Ie, if I pick up a small spider that's fine, because I 'invited' it onto me, but if it crawls onto me of its own accord, that's not fine.)

I think I know what you mean. Bee or wasp nests sort of do that to me, I guess because of all those little tiny holes, so perfectly arranged. It's bizzare I know, but it makes my skin crawl.
