That I can't have shrimp, butter or popcorn in my apartment anymore, if I want to lose weight. Shrimp, butter and popcorn are my trigger foods and if I can't have butter with those two real foods, I won't buy them at all. I want to see how I'm going to look at 200 lbs, and I'm willing to make that sacrifice. I'm putting the rest of that microwave popcorn down stairs right now and than I'll come back to listen to The Kinks and have a cup of tea.
