Do you like to wear watches, or do they drive you crazy? Do you go for the basic clock and band style, something stretchy or maybe a very fine watch that has diamonds? What style of watch are you wearing now?

The watch that I'm wearing is one of those stretchy silver coloured ones. I got it cheap at Wal-Mart.

I don't tend to wear watches, usually I use my phone for the time. When I do wear them the feeling of it on my wrist annoys me so I only use them when I really need one for something.

I feel weird if I don't have my watch on. I like knowing what time it is. I don't remember when I got my first watch, but I was very young and it was a cheap Casio. Now I wear a metal analogue watch.

I get very easily attached to things. So if I have a watch I like I'd be wearing it day and night until it falls apart. Then I can go for long without any watch until I find a new one that I really like. I've only had 3 watches. They all were nice and comfortable to wear.

I use my phone to. I had a watch when I was working because I didn't want em thinking I was using my phone when I was on the clock but I kept the watch in my pocket.. It would of been in the way some for work & I never liked the feeling of things on my wrist. I never worn any jewelry either except for my senior class ring but I haven't worn it sense I got my diploma

I can't wear watches. They drive me mad. When I did used to wear them I would invariably lose them as I would take them off without noticing. They just irritate me. I can usually tell what time of day it is by the light, temperature, and what the birds are doing.

They cause me annoyance and I also hate to wear hats they irritate my head.

Asking someone the time has always been commonplace and sometimes a deliberate ice-breaker, but these days most people surely have some kind of media (mobile phone, iPod, mp3 player etc) and so possibly some social interaction is lost...

I could alternatively have asked "Do you still wear a watch?"... so I will!

I don't because I know that at some point I will take it off and leave it behind.

I like watches. I prefer simple designs. The military field watch style is my favorite...just an analog watch face with a date window. It has to have either a cloth or leather wrist band. Resin bands irritate me, and I've gotten heat rashes from them before. Metal bands always make me fearful I'm going to get a hair caught between the links. It has to be very snug, too. When I take my watch off at the end of the day it often leaves an impression on my wrist. I'm currently wearing a Timex Expedition watch.

I have five working watches and one non-working one, which is naturally the "best." I prefer simple dress watches without calendar functions--if I have it, it's always wrong--and preferably a leather band. In choosing a watch for the day, the band color has to match my belt and the case color has to match belt buckle, eyeglass frames and any rings I might be wearing. I'm probably the only one who notices this. Sometime I'd like a really nice watch, but when the moment of truth comes, I never feel like parting with the money.

I have a stim that prevents me from wearing watches and I don't like the feel of them on my wrists. I got in trouble for looking at my watch too much in elementary school. Big trouble. After one day, my teacher wrote a note to my parents saying that I had to leave my watch at home. Like some of already said, I use my phone for the time.

I got used to not wearing one. I like being timeless. Clocks are tools of the devil if you ask me, very Saturn/Capricorn. I like the cycles of nature.

Tried it once, but I never like wearing it due to the watch rubbing against my skin and hair while putting it on. Though I may reconsider it trying putting it on again.

Probably one of my most prized possessions is my pocket watch. It keeps a connection between me and my grandfather alive.

I wear an analogue watch. I abandoned digital watches, I realised I didn't need, or want, to know exactly how many seconds past exactly what minute past the hour it was. I find it more relaxing to know simply if it's "about quarter past" or whatever.

I got my first watch for a birthday present when I was 10.
