Well, I suppose that if it had been the Asian girls in my high school who had all turned me down for dates, laughed at me for even asking them for dates, and stayed at home rather than have me take them to the prom, AND if my first wife (who cheated on me and had her boyfriend get me fired from the university job)had been Asian, AND if all the Asian women I met in the Navy had been interested in only the younger enlistees, I'd feel about them the same way that I feel about anglo-American women now.
Maybe if I had had just
one pleasant experience with an anglo-America woman before meeting my Asian wife, I'd be married to an anglo-American woman instead.
Now, if you want to call all of that 'fetishism', then that's your business, but just because one person loves a person from another culture or race, it does not follow that any 'fetishism' is involved. It could mean that the person from that other culture was the first person to ever treat me with any real respect, patience, and love.
