It makes me sad Vegans never get to enjoy sashimi :_(

Sandwich:

Crispy, dried (aka non-greasy) bacon
Crispy romaine or iceberg lettuce strip
2 thin slices of tomato that have been dipped in olive oil+pepper+salt
Cooked, minced garlic
a small amount of grated parmesan cheese

bread slices be slightly toasted (crunchy outside soft inside)
