I've just seen a red squirrel out of my window. They're indigenous but I've never seen one in real life before. This is a good day

You need to post the link made available underneath the picture you want to show in your album.
On Photobucket you can get this ready-formatted to drop into your WP post by clicking on the "IMG Code" box shown underneath the picture in your Photobucket album which will copy the link, then just right-click/paste it into your post.

You can also do the same thing manually using the BBCode tags which, using your image, gets this:
[img][800:750]http://i1115.photobucket.com/albums/k560/GroundhogDaze/DSCF1156-Copy.jpg[/img]

You get better results if the image can be resized smaller before posting though, because the WP forum software will resize it for you which sometimes results in an odd aspect ratio (as it has here).
