I voted Chinese, but also like Indian, although the "Indian" meals we eat in Britain are maybe different from those in their homeland.
It's said that Tikka Massala was created by a Bangladeshi chef in Glasgow.

Feel free to vote for your own ethnicity! :) That is why I put an American category--because I know a lot of Americans are here and like American-type food....I am a bit surprised that it hasn't received any votes yet though! LOL Ethnic food doesn't have to be someone else's ethnicity!

Too many to pick just one. Some of my favourite recipes are Spanish, North African, Japanese and Greek. Also a fan of Chinese and Italian. I have a lot of cookbooks, and I used to cook a lot. #greedy
But of course I also love British and Irish nosh. #verygreedy

Indian hands down... but also fond of Mexican and Italian and certain dishes from French, Japanese, Thai and Malaysian cuisine. That and anything involving maple syrup, pumpkin or pecan nuts.

Wow, I'm the first person to vote other...

I'm generally fond of food from Asian regions, Japanese/Chinese/Thai/Indian.

However, I would have to say that my favorite type of ethnic food is Ethiopian food. There are actually several Ethiopian restaurants in my city, and the food is really good. I haven't eaten Ethiopian food in Ethiopia so I don't know how it compares to the real deal.

How are Ethiopian and Middle eastern dishes different?

From what I have seen. Ethiopian food is served family style over a distinctive type of spongy bread called 'injera' that is also used as an eating utensil so it is also finger food. Unlike in Middle Eastern food, pork may be used. Though it is heavily spiced which is similar to Middle Eastern food.
