What an irony - today I spent most of my day reading about OOBE and the ways of achieving it :P Maybe we are aspies for we gathered a lot of bad karma - or maybe it was a real good one, depends on the perspective you are looking at it from :D

in my case it is likely most of the former.

I feel that a lot of people want to use or believe in Karma in that exact manner. I don't think it makes your situation better to hope that the other person pays for their consequences of doing wrong to you because I know from experience that Karma rarely happens or does not happen ever. I know people who have done awful things to me in my life and they have gone to their graves never having to pay for such consequences. Most of my bullies from school have even gone on to become very successful human beings who will never recognize or even consider for a second that they've done bad in their lives. The truth is that we all have a victim mentality and no one EVER wants to believe they have done bad in their lives. Some awful people will even think they are victims. That's why as much as we would want to believe in Karma, I don't think it exists. And if there were ever a time when I would be able to punish the people that done me wrong, I know my instincts would want to but it will never heal me (or fix them since tormentors only know denial) so I don't see much of a point in doing so.

practice makes perfect. keep trying. you will succeed. then tell us all about it. make a specific target when you try, from now on. you could try my house, and then tell me what you see.

I will keep trying, then I resigned for I got this really very rapid heartbeating which made me scared something wrong was happening to me but I asked about this on some esotheric board the members of which explained that's normal. I must learn how to achieve the state of deep trance.

if i allow my eyes to roll upwards and backwards in their sockets, it seems to be a reflex that my heart will start pounding. that has been my experience. i don't know any way around this. i have read that if you "push past" this stage, then the OOBE will begin. i don't know about that for i've never been brave enough to push past this stage.

I'll keep experimenting. The folks from the OOBE/LD board claimed my OOBE was close.

In a way, i do believe in karma. Bad things do happen to bad people. Some may not have experience immediate results of their action, but in the end, somehow it goes back to them in a different way.

I don't believe in any supernatural forces. Having said that, I still act like a decent person. Not because I will be rewarded by some cosmic ghost, or something. I act like a decent person because it's the right thing to do.

I totally believe in Karma. I believe the things you do in life affect your life. I think of it more as a teaching tool than a revenge thing.
