I don't worry about acne. I eat choclate one to two days a week to make sure that it doesn't come back.
however, I am 174ish. and slightly overweight. being an ex xc and track person, I don't exercise that much.
well sorta. 20-40 minutes daily on an eliptical in the gym, and my monday/wednesday gym class. I bike a lot as well.
but I am a bit overweight with a non existant metabolism.
