~Bit late but...What did everyone do this new years?

I took a train to London with someone and we watched the fireworks. The last train back home left at 1:10. We missed it becauswe everyone was redirected to Strand. And we was blocked off at Strand for over an hour. Thus we missed the train.

We ended up loitering around the Tube station at Tower Hill. It was so cold! After about an hour we decided to go to Liverpool street as it seemed much more safer there. It was. We slept in the ticket office until someone told us to get out and we got some food at a little shop their. There was more police and we was their until about 5:00. We got to Tower hill again and Fenchurch street (where our train was leaving to go home) wasn't their until 6:10.

We waited their, we saw some funny things. The free travel stopped and a guy jumped over the barriers, so casually too. A copper asked "Where are you going?" he replied "I'm going home. ". He got chucked out as soon as his train arrived.

At 6:00. We ran to Fenchurch street, got on at train, leant up next to each other and tried to stay awake. Got hoem at about 7 and fell asleep in clothes and everything.

Nonetheless, fantastic time!

I went to a party at my mom's friend's house.

I babysat my dog, Chico, that night.

I went to a party, got drunk and met my now girlfriend.

Watched TV, and hung-out on WP.

Huddled on the couch, waiting for the Fireworks to end, then got extremely peeved when Fireworks were still going off at two in the morning, New Years is OVER already!

Apart from that, i avoided the Hogmanay junk on TV.

I sat at my computer listening to music, annoyed at all the fireworks going on at random intervals outside. I actually missed the entire countdown--I had to hear a whole bunch of car honking outside to realize I had slipped into the new year.

I once missed the countdown. I fell asleep at about 11, this was when I was like 12 years old though.

Can't wait till next years! Instead of my boyfriend coming down to London to me. I'm gonna go up their instead.

I watched 'the Future is Wild' on Animal Planet. Shagrat!! !

Went to a store and got pissed off because they were closed. I didn't know it was new year's. I still will never again shop at RadioShack.

I went to a party that turned out to be full of the people I went to high school with and hated. HATE! People are so lame.
