I don't think it's right to breed cats with their noses smooched in. It causes breathing problems. They also don't really look very good. I think that it's especially cruel to breed Persians because the long fur is a mutation of a short hair coat which makes it so the cat can't take care of themselves. Maine Coons and Norweigan Forest Cats have a normal long hair coat that is easy enough for the cats themselves to take care of. Cats are pretty easy, they actually tell you if they haven't been fed. If you line your litter box and put it in a good place it's not that much of a problem, just pick up the bag and throw away.
