21 and no driver's license and a most likely expired permit (I have not looked at it in a while.) My family doesn't trust me on the road and I failed my one and only driver's test anyway. I think I was 19 then.

We moved to Germany and didn't have a car for a while so I was walking everywhere or taking the streetcar which I much prefer. I kind of forgot what it was like riding in cars. And now I realise that I hate it. It makes me feel like a cat on the way to the vet. I hate being a passenger on the autobahn. I've had to go back and forth between 2 cities for the past few days and I'm still waiting for my heartrate to go down.

Oh and needless to say I am not planning on getting a license here. I have difficulty operating a car period.

Not for me. Probably would help me find a job, but I think I'd rather just find one I can walk to or at least get a ride from someone else to get to. Doesn't help that my vision isn't perfect(about 20/50 last time I had it checked), or that I'm deathly afraid of getting into any accidents. I wouldn't want to spend that much money on something I'm not so sure I could do, anyway.

I'm in my late 20s and I got no drivers license. I have a permit getting close to expire. My work is over 30 miles from my house and my Dad drive me every morning.
At first I just had no real desire. But now it's extreme anxiety when I try to drive. I'm ok on the highways and freeways sort of. But anything else is just way to much. Big time overload of info! I took one driving test and I failed it.
I don't think I'll ever be able to drive and I don't really want to. I really need to find a job closer to home.

I'm 18 and I don't have my license. This is mostly because I was in a bad car accident when I was younger and hate passing semi-trucks now, sometimes even uncontrollably throwing my arms up in defense and closing my eyes. I have only gotten more terrified of driving as I get older, and I am scared I would panic and cause an accident. Either that, or someone else would cause an accident, and I wouldn't know what to do. It's just extremely stressful to even ride in a car, so I imagine driving would freak me out even more.
