How do I remove these online ads?

Everytime I go onto Youtube, I get these ads with adult content with disturbing photos (not gonna go into details). Is there anyway to get rid of these ads?

This is a serious question. I don't want anyone trolling here and say stuff like "just suck it up, its not the Victorian age anymore". If you have nothing helpful to say, then keep silent.
