After my dental appointment, I ate a veggie sandwich

i like cheese and spinach triangles if they are not too heavy on the spinach and if the cheese is mild.

my last meal was a "small special fried rice and a chicken omelette".

usually the chinese chicken omelets from my local chinese restaurant are delicious, but tonight it was unsatisfactory.
the chicken was tough and the omelet was too salty.

bastards! i am glad i am moving to the mountains because i have read reviews on the local chinese restaurants there and they are all glowing.
