Giora Epstein, he's probably my favorite ace of the jet age. Dunno if he really count as a "historical figure". Also more points to me for being a war monger that admires someone who killed people for a country people hate and that gets much of its support from the US. Well, despite that, at the time of his becoming an ace he was greatly outmatched flying an jet that was originally met only serve as a fast interceptor (The Mirage 3). He's called the ace of aces and is a naturally talented guy and he can spot an aircraft at 3 times the distance of a regular human being. Loved watching the episode of aces on him and liked his accent. Hate away.
