I haven't come across a cabbage I didn't like. I was actually just looking at a traditional fermented German sauerkraut recipe. I think I'll get some started this weekend.

"The time has come," the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings."

Sauerkraut; eww RALPH!

Anyone who likes it though, try Kimchi; it's the crack cocaine of pickled cabbage

I eat and enjoy raw cabbage on a fairly regular basis. Cooked cabbage, not so much.

I love boiled cabbage. It's one of my favorite dishes! I'm the only one here who will eat it though, so I don't make it often. I also really like brussels sprouts. They taste like little cabbages. When I make cabbage, I make boiled cabbage (boiled with some fatback in it to give it flavor), crockpot macaroni an cheese, and fried salmon patties. I also make fried cornbread with it. I eat a sliced red tomato with mayo on it and a green onion with it. Yum!

I enjoy all types of cabbage, I should eat it more often, but alas, I don't. My favorite cabbage preparation is kimchi, nom nom. But yeah, cabbage is a pretty good, and very cheap vegetable.
