I don't even waste my time on Facebook.
I closed my account, mainly because my wall was full of crap from people who I didn't really know. I don't give a monkeys what a virtual stranger thinks of some band I've never heard of or what someone else ate for breakfast or comments about some "celebrity" breakup.
It definitely doesn't seem a place to express problems or ask for help!
True. I was there to be in contact with family, and what I found was that the family wasn't really communicating at all. It was games, politics (and I don't share the same politics as my family), religion (I don't share my family's religion), and stupid celebrity bs. No one actually
said anything or really interacted with each other. In fact at one point we'd all been on FB for a few months and there was a family get-together - we still had a tremendous amount of catching up to do because on FB we weren't communicating about anything that mattered.
