I told my mum that one of the original members of my favourite rock bands passed away, 2 years ago the end of this month and she apathetically said, "They're old! People don't last forever!" I'm still angry at her for pulling that trick on me. The fact that I'm an Aspie doesn't give her a free pass to play the tyrant card towards my special interests.

What has someone said to make you feel that you were accepted?

I got a post on this.
Math or biology.

Do you have some sort of entrance test in your country when applying to high school?

No, education is mandatory until 16. We have "home schools" based on your area, where you automatically qualify, but if you want to go to a different school based on a special curriculum, they may require you to take a test.

Kinda makes me curious if high school is not mandatory somewhere...

Same question?

Just recently turned mandatory here, in Taiwan. It used to be nine years. Now it's twelve.

There are no entrance tests when applying to high schools in the US. Furthermore, high school is not technically mandatory - you can legally drop out of school when you are 16.

Are you a high school dropout?

Do you understand home design?
