was just on the Internet searching in forums and on Google for terrible/unfortunate/unusual names and came across quite a few. Anus Contractor (a neurologist), Marijuana Pepsi, Alexander Semin (pronounced like the bodily fluid), Ima Hogg, a basket ball player with the last name Takeshita, a real-estate agent named Dick Payne, a former coworker of my mother's named Harry Legg, Tom Sawyer (person on a legal website and oddly enough, my uncle knew a man with the same name), Seth Baal (TWO Infernal Names in one!) Jesus Jihad (a prisoner), and a You Tube user from Germany named Bunker Ulaf-Zladic-Thorsson. What a mouthfull and odd first name!I didn't believe him until he sent a yearbook photo with his name and his graduation roster.

I can't write some of them here, as they contain very inflammatory words.

One that comes to mind, is a teacher I had in middle school; Ms. Cuntbraith. Pronounce at will....

And then there is machine shop called (almost the "N" word) Engineering Co., LTD.

And my wife and I went to the Lexus dealership last Sunday afternoon, where we met a salesman from Iran by the name of Farzad Falsify. I can't believe nobody told him what "falsify" means in English!

This was the name of a Reverend who was born in the 1700s:

Increase Graves

I always thought that was a strange name and why would anyone want to name their child Increase, even in the 18th century, when their last name is Graves?

When I was bored at work a few years ago, I read the phonebook. Really--my job is that boring. I wasn't paying attention to last names but one of the weirder first names I remember was Cleopatrick. :? Is that a boy's name or a girl's name? Or both? One that was kind of cool was Abdullah Birdsong.

Bertha is a bad name for females. Because all the Bertha's I know are fat, old, rude and unhygienic. (Did I mention bossy too?)

I think she was African-American. Her last name was Williams. Go figure.

Mercedes is a perfectly respectable name, it's just that the care ruined it.

The worst name I've heard is Leyland.

I knew an Afghan girl called Spogmai.
