i dislike offal.
i can not tolerate the smell of kidneys or any other offal smells emitted from cooking. i certainly would not eat any kind of offal, and i also do not like "gamey" tasting meats (like venison etc).
i once selected a raw steak to cook at a pub, and it was kangaroo meat but i only found out at the first bite. it was disgusting to my senses, so i had to go and buy a proper steak and cook it before i ate that night.

i do not like mint or aniseed or eucalyptus tastes extremely.
i do not like medicated lozenges. i am surprised at how their taste reflects the absence of attention to palatability.

i do not like pineapple. i do certainly not like "paw paw" (papaya(smells like vomit)) or "rock melon" (also smells a bit like vomit).

i like many more foods than i dislike.

The only time in my life that I ever had them was in reform school and I could barely choke those nasty things down. I'd never willingly eat them.

Another unpopular food that I had for the first time there was liver which I liked.

Bell peppers would have to be my #1 most despised food. It's not that I don't like the taste of it, it just feels like I'm chewing on rubber.

Brussel sprouts are gross.

I despise pot stickers.

Salmon by itself. I'll eat it if it's mixed with something, but not on it's own.

Tomatoes. I feel like I'm eating a jellyfish. :eew:

Cherries, because they're more like rocks than berries.

There's more, but I can't remember. :x

Tomatoes and jellyfish taste nothing alike, having tried both.

No, I meant sensory-wise. I know they don't taste the same.

The guts of a tomato = jellyfish for me. Worst. Fruit. Ever.
It should have stayed a vegetable.

But it still doesn't taste like a jellyfish, though...

Oddly enough for me, I like the little jelly seeds inside of a tomato, they're my favorite part of a tomato. I actually don't like the texture of the fruit itself, though. So my favorite tomatoes are cherry tomatoes. But I used to, and sometimes still do, when I get a sandwich from a fast food restaurant with tomatoes, just take the tomato out, as the texture of the fruit itself just messed with everything, it'd totally clash with the rest of the food. Usually in that case, though, the tomato was low quality/unripe/old, though, but I like my tomatoes with the most guts as possible.

eggs prepared any way
beets (taste like dirt)
oatmeal (more the texture, I think)
oysters (again, the texture)
rare meat
Bleu cheese
Brie cheese
Limburger cheese (I tried some just to see if it was as smelly as it's supposed to be and had to throw it out of the car window on the way home from the store) :eew:
Tapioca

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Quinoa. I can't stand the texture or the taste. It feels like I have a mouthful of popcorn kernels and I also don't like the feeling of it being stuck in my teeth.
Any licorice
Green/Red/Yellow peppers
Cooked mushrooms
Imitation crab (aka: Krab) Seriously, it's essentially the hot dog of the seafood family. All the gross leftovers coated in a "crab" flavor.
Instant potatoes. Yuck.
Fast food/Junk food
Oysters
Pineapple
Cooked carrots
Roast beef
Catfish. It has a muddy after taste.
Most soups
Sour Kraut
Canned corn
Milk. I can eat things that contain milk but I cannot stand plain milk. I hate everything about it from the taste, the color, to the texture.
Most noodles. I can do macaroni and cheese and spaghetti (but prefer the angel hair noodles) but I don't much care for heavily noodled italian dishes in general.
Duck
Anything heavily processed/artificial

I guess I'm one of the few who happens to love Brussel sprouts.

chicken pot pie - yuck!

I pretty much like all fresh fruits and vegetables except jackfruit and durian (tastes like rancid and slightly sweet sour cream and onion dip, and the smell - awful, but somehow is a delicacy in Asia).
