I love books, anything non-fictional science or true crime I'll read!

My question is what types of books do you like and what is the last book you read?
I read 'the universe inside you'

The best job I ever had was in a bookstore. I found interesting books in every section, but the most fun was reference. My mom was a bookworm, too. I still have most of her books. We have 6 floor-to-ceiling shelves of books.

Last book I read was 'Brave New World', currently reading 'Flowers for Algernon'.

I much prefer fantasy books and occasional sci-fi.

I prefer science fiction, history, and anything related to my interests. The last book I read was a sort of compendium of weapons systems published by the DoD.

I also love books. I like biographies and anything to do with music. I also enjoy travel books and British mysteries. :)

I read whatever catches my eye/is written well. Preferably fiction, if possible.

Books are one of my obsessions. I seem to be more interested in the thrill of finding a new book than actually reading it these days, though. I love the scent of books, their colors, the stories they have to tell. I am attracted to their covers and to the way the words flow within the book. I read mostly non-fiction, spirituality and psychology are my favorite subjects. I also love fantasy novels. I can't remember what was the last book I read all of because I do not often finish them. I read most of Women From Another Planet? by Jean Kearns Miller and I was a little more than half way through Women, Food and God by Geneen Roth when I got distracted by other books. I have hundreds of them. Right now I am trying to downsize because I'll be moving. I'm currently reading Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson for a fantasy novel. I began reading Soul Mates by Thomas Moore last night. I'm in the middle of more books than I can mention.

I used to be an avid reader when I was younger (especially in the days before I had the Internet), but It's really hard for me to get back into it for some reason.

I love books! I prefer non-fiction (especially books about space and science etc) but I like certain fiction as well. Right now I'm reading The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (I'm a big fan of Mr Holmes).

I like everything except Steven King. Right now I am reading "The Sun Also Rises" by Earnest Hemingway. Before, it was a compilation of Japanese fairy tales called "The Japanese Fairy Book".

Books are one of my main loves and reasons for living. Unfortunately, I don't really like non-fiction, because it makes me sad. Reading about murder, or other terrible things and knowing they are true just makes me depressed.
I read practically anything else though, and I am especially fond of alternative history, sci-fi, fantasy, and books on mythology. When I was twelve I read nothing but Greek myths for almost a year. :D
The most recent book I read was Brother Odd by Dean Koontz.
