Sometimes I rock and sing myself to sleep with this song. :) I remember going to NYC in 2009 and seeing The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway and when I heard this song, I immediately felt soothed by it (since it had been sort of a difficult day sensory - wise, with hots of heat, crowds, noise, not getting food/water right when I needed it, my friend making me carry her heavy bags full of souvenirs all over the place for her)...since I don't have a "special someone" to serenade me with this song, I just do it myself.

I went to the store this morning and it was nice... cool and overcast which made me feel happy, and after leaving the store, the clouds were gone, the sun was out and I started to feel rather uncomfortable and sad... Then this song started playing in the back of my mind :|

I've been listening to a lot of The Black Keys today, they are an incredible band.

The last song was this one, it brings to mind something that happened to me a few years back, a missed opportunity to start a relationship with a friend who wanted to be my girlfriend, I still regret it, I was a coward, and backed out. At least she found a good guy who is her boyfriend now, and we are still friends.

I love Winnie the Pooh (have ever since I was a kid) but man, how did I even WATCH this part when I was little? At the age of 21 this looks to me like some kind of hallucination or fever dream Pooh's having (maybe due to exhaustion from guarding his house from the Heffalumps and Woozles all night)...I'm sure when I watched this as a kid, I was probably smiling, laughing and happily rocking back and forth (which is still the same effect my special interests have on me).
