In Europe, Australia and Canada they have drug consumption rooms - places where you can legally use cocaine and heroine. Should the U.S. have those?

absolutely. I do not smoke it but it saved youngest sons life. He was second child in Colorado to receive the pink cannabis card.

are you sure you can't make it to the retreat in february? It's only $100 per person
