I thought today was a good day to alleviate my depression so I went to the Super China Buffet for lunch. The food was spectacular. I wish there was more seafood like octopus and squid, though. Otherwise, no complaints.

Cereal, but nothing sugary out of a box. A mashed banana, oats, grapes, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and mixed frozen red berries. I bought the berries a few days ago and my mood has greatly improved since I'm eating them. There must be something in there that my body and brain were lacking.

I had some meat lovers pizza with hot sauce and ranch dressing, from my favorite local pizza place. Was quite delicious. :D When I lived in my previous town for two years, I really missed the pizza places in my current town.
