So my brother as been kept in an other country for a while and his passaport was stolen and he cant come back do you guys have any ideia what to do ?

What country is he from? What country is he now? Which country won't let him move back - his own or the one where he is now? Has he tried contacting the embassy of his own country in the country he is in?

He is from Portugal, and he is in Angola now and its angola that dosent let him. And the last one i dont think so, i dont think they let him. (the people he is with)

Is there a Portuguese embassy in Angola? This sort of issue needs to be taken up with the embassy; they should be able to help repatriate him.
