i never use it (anymore) by itself, only rarely in conjunction with some other image editing/creating software.
i learned the hard way with some of my avatars that MS paint will seriously damage the quality of your images when 'ported' from another program.

I'd first try to find out how I got there. That could be the result of some mental disease or of someone kidnapping me and taking me to Wales. If possible, I might as well visit some nice shops and cafes there. Also I'd ask to see a doctor and a police officer.
