This will sound silly but when I sleep over in the basement of my parent's house it's a little too dark than what I'm used to, so I bought a portable, squishy plastic night light/play figure of Rainbow Dash. It only stays lit for ten minutes, though.

The Day the Earth Stood Still 3-Disc Blu-ray set; includes both the 1951 and 2008 versions.

Gah. :x Alright. Now I'm done spending money. I'm sure of it. Maybe.

I bought myself a cheap mountain bike from Walmart. I wanted to get a more expensive one from an actual bike shop, but my dad discouraged me from doing this as my financial situation isn't exactly the greatest. XD The one I've got seems pretty nice, as far as cheap bikes go, though I wish it had thumb shifters instead of rotating shifters.

I'll finally be able to cover longer distances, so that I can buy... more stuff. XD The city I'm in is really more like a big, sprawling town, and it just so happens that most of the big stores are way on the other side from where I live. I don't drive, and there's no public transport here, so my only options are to walk, bike, or mooch rides off people. I hate walking long distances, and I don't like mooching rides either, but biking is just fine by me.

I bought these three rubbery, stretchy butterflies they had at the mall. They were having a display of bug collections from the insectarium in Newfoundland, and the butterflies were for only 50 cents each and I liked how their wings wriggle and shimmer.

On the way home I bought a McChicken, fries and a Shamrock shake. I know I am a terrible, horrible person for eating the devil's food (anything made by McDonald's and not the cake variety), but I guess I really didn't care. :P
