So do I. Why do we hate rain, though? Because it touches us, "uninvited", if we're outside? Or because it comes with grey skies, depressing colors? Or because it can mess up plans that we made? I find it weird that I dislike rain so much, because I'm generally very accepting, often even appreciative, of any sort of unpleasant circumstances that aren't caused by people.

Oh my GOD last night at work was crazy. Now I know why law enforcement is so heavy on memorial day weekend. I just can't express to you how many more people are out making drunken fools of themselves; boat wrecks, car wrecks, car wrecks where people set the car on fire afterwards, people just randomly being found in wrecked cars on the side of the road, raging drunken domestics, raging drunken domestics the day after because a family bails a relative out of jail that wanted to kill them the day before... Almost every car an officer or deputy pull over had a drunk driver inside. On a typical night they might bring one DUI in, but the last two days they've been bringing them in all night long.

And that's just the first two nights. I still have two more nights left.
