Maybe depends on how you define a "miracle."

Maybe not supernatural miracles, but little things can be seen as miracles too. There's a quote I like: "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as if nothing is a miracle. The other is as if everything is a miracle."

I somtimes use the term miracle for when things are highly improbable but I don't believe in them. I believe in science & random chance.

People just say 'miracle' when they don't know the cause of something.

As-in "divine intervention"----yes, *I* do.

Maybe little things but nothing really big. Like, I don't expect that wars are going to stop all of a sudden, or that all the poor countries in the world will be rich enough to feed themselves properly.

Yes, I do believe the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team beat the vaunted Russians.

Yes I believe in them. I use the word when someone survives a disaster or when there is a close call or when something happens out of luck or by coincidence or when something unbelievable happens.

If I manage to get through a day where the human race doesn't make me want to KILL EVERYONE, that's a FREAKING MIRACLE!! !

I have never seen a miracle happen, but sometimes I hope they exist.
