Lillikoi: I wouldn't use the word "rude" to not have contact with family. It depends very much on the people involved on what effect it has. Feelings might get hurt, if someone wants contact and the other one don't. If everyone is ok about it then nothing to worry about.

I think you should let your son know you went to see him Raleigh, even though he wasn't home :)

I've barely done anything today. Where's my motivation? I need to be doing something spectacular, like writing a book.

Hear, hear! :wall: I am in the same rut regarding my drawings.

I wish I had something constructive to say. :( If you have been inside a lot or inactive, have you tried going outside, or exercising? Sometimes that helps me to "wake up."

Is it because you don't feel like doing anything, or don't have any ideas? :o

It's too cold outside. Though, I've been using that excuse since late autumn...

I might go jump on the rebounder...or bake something.

I have plenty of ideas, all rattling around in my head.

Myaff, you can always do something inside. I jump up and down and run in circles.
Maybe you can open up a window?

Yayy, good!
Yeah, just doing something in the first place is how you start. :wtg:

What's a rebounder, by the way?

A rebounder is a mini trampoline. I wonder what sort of cookies I'll bake? Maybe oatmeal honey?

My uncles mother is lying on her deathbed in a dementia ward (which is not funny :P )

... but my aunt said one of the times they visited her, an old lady had shouted at her in the hallway: "You look like a cow!"

^^Yes, a huge collection of books, in fact. They are often very funny, especially the ones that involve DEATH.

Some product reviews are funny in they way they justify over kill in specs

For $1000 more you can hear a slightly deeper drum beat
