I don't know how to fix that. Sorry. You could maybe try googling it with the searchwords " windows update can't see pictures videos" or something like that.

If you've bothered with anything else, I'd recommend Firefox because I can take some of my own responsibility for it working. Microsoft's Edge/IE or Apple's Safari are generally the sketchiest of browsers because they're too interdependent on the entire host OS. Chrome tends to compound the inherent problems of those two so I stick to Firefox or Opera for everyday interneting.

Thanks Cberg :) Dont use Firefox as it used to be a resource Hog, things may have changed a little now though.. Explorer i haven't used n over 20 years! for reasons you and i know :) Will just be some setting that has been altered, will find it when get round to it ;)

Opera tends to be a tad lighter though I wouldn't split too many hairs because it depends on pretty much all of the above code. Chrome's proliferance & the universal system integration of most turnkey brosers that ship with computers lead me to believe using FFX may actually be the lightest in comparison to what software empires want you using.
