At tennis lessons, I am learning the techniques of actual match play. I have a lot to learn and study, but I was actually able to win a couple of games. My tennis instructor said that if I kept studying, I could one day play in senior tournaments. That's good incentive to keep going! Maybe I could actually realize my dream to meet Denis Istomin!

A friend of mine had on a shirt with the most beautiful picture of a cat. The cat very much resembled two of my beloved Siamese, Samantha and Prince.

I've started writing my book again after laying off it for three years. No more brain fog... and I'm itching to get at it.

Went out shopping at Walmart and then to a Chinese food buffet with my parents. My mom really liked the birthday and gift cards I gave her.

Hearing on the news that the wolf pair in Østmarka has had 2 or 3 pups who are now about 3 months old and have bee caught on tape.

Found some excellent bargains in a whole load of charity shops, including some more bohemian style rags for my wardrobe and a rather interesting book. The sun was out.

Getting a nice pair of shoes (a pair of white Converse Chuck Taylor Flyknits; they're an advanced form of the traditional canvas or leather Chucks) that I love to wear and feel soft on my feet. :D
