Dunkin' Donuts is the name of a chain of American coffee/donut shops. It's basically what Tim Horton's is to us in Canada. Years ago there were a couple of Dunkin' Donut shops where I live, but I didn't like their doughnuts much, either. They tasted like they were made over a week ago.
I never really understood Americans' dunking donuts in their coffee. Cookies yes, but not donuts, they just turn to mush. I guess if they're that dry and tasteless you gotta dunk'em in something.
