I had a headache yesterday maybe from our place smelling like smoke from the neighbors smoking &/or because my girlfriend used a chemical thing in our apartment. I took a migraine med & ended up sleeping a lot. I had chores I needed to do. I guess I should do one of em in a bit.

Social exhaustion, and feeling like I want to go to places and talk to people but I simply can't. Not today anyway. Not sure about tomorrow either.

Got some bad news, feel tearful and like everything's falling apart. Need to take a break and breathe for a couple of minutes, maybe watch Frozen and calm down...

Someone got in touch and it's left me dealing with a backlog of feelings which I had pushed aside.
I'm feeling angry and trapped.
It's taken me by surprise.
I don't feel at all right.

I feel unpleasant how when it comes to occupations choices for all persons with difficulties including autism and other neurological troubles being very poor.No singular person(s) should be made to exist only in a dead end job which makes someone feel like a European serf or indentured servant.

Very true sadly. I actually couldn't find work when I was 18, no one would hire me, I think because of the Autism. So I put my name about that I could sing and started doing events, birthdays, celebrations, etc. It paid well enough and I only did small events so less than twenty people.

I wish work for people with Autism was a lot better and easier to find. It's so difficult.

Yes, it does have it's difficulties especially these days with a great many careers set with a high demand for social skills and interactions with the public regardless of said environment.Yes, there are people and institutions out there which are trying to change that and make things easier for autistic adults but, it's going to take time before such become commonplace in society as whole.

Yes, there are things that I could have and potentially do, but some of that has been lost due to time and some of it through intentional misdirection of others whom, thought they knew what was in my best interests, when in fact they were absolutely wrong!!

Everyone makes mistakes, try not to beat yourself up about it for too long otherwise you'll get yourself more upset.
