Thank you kazanscube. I'm about to do my first video call and I'm anxious! I'm a technophobe, camera shy and virtually mute, so it will be a challenge but well worth it to connect with my trauma psych.

Thanks, as you simply just take your time and don't rush as, I've done only 1 camera interview as, it was for a job interview.

Trepidation.

Split up with person I was seeing yesterday, and still waiting for it to hit me, if it's going to (it might not).
but also most recent ex contacted me straight away, and wants to get back together; hmm. Should I? Shouldn't I? So much could go wrong. But its great to have options rather than nothingness, so that helps.

If much unpleasantness occured in the past, best not to return to such a scenario, use extreme caution
