I love trivia games, too!

I have never played the phone app trivia game, but a co-worker at the library showed it to me and said I should play it.

Has anybody ever participated in a spelling bee?

Yep. I used to do them a lot as a kid. Won a couple in elementary school but never at the higher levels. Made it pretty far once, but got out on the word "belligerent" cause I spelled it with an 'a'.

Did you compete in anything as a kid? (Sports or otherwise?)

Yes. I once had a hardcover book of the Complete Works Of Flannery O'Connor. I loaned it to a woman at a church I went to because I noticed she had a copy of Dostoevsky's The Idiot which I had not read. She never returned my book to me.

I want to get another one.
