Thank you, Blabby! I sent it to her but I think she might be asleep. She was given narcotics at hospital yesterday but is home now to let it pass, and the narcotics didn't ease her pain at all. I hope her husband can find some of those items as soon as possible!

My unhappy was having a headache followed by three hours of unexpected guests.

A woman told someone "go ahead" of her on the bus. And I did not know if she was getting on, but she was blocking the entrance. So I got on. (Some precious lil "people" would have acted personally insulted and claimed that I "dispected" them by cutting them in line)
 . The "go ahead" sounded like the woman thought she was doing someone a personal favor, but in reality, she was doing people (plural) a disservice, by getting in the way. If I were to have waited for her to get on the bus, she would not have gotten on, and the bus would have left without me. (This has happened before)

"Ha?" (Instead of "excuse me")

Ate two trader Joe's hummus veggie wraps

Too much tortilla

It was delicious

Felt like gorging

Are you of German descent?

Yep

I never get on well with old women for some reason. We've moved into a neighbourhood full of them and they're badgering my mum (who's working two jobs and absolutely exhausted and Sunday is her only day off) to move her car from where it's legally parked because they think they own the street.
Mum's told me to stay out of it but they've called the police and I'm worried for her :(

My dad used to get kidney stones periodically. 1ce we went to the ER one night when I was a kid cuz his pain was so bad. They ran tests but then didn't do anything else for hours & my dad ended up passing it while he was waiting around. He got a huge bill too & the hospital didn't do a god damn thing to treat em.
Since then my dad found drinking PLENTY of water helps. He drank a TON of water when he had em & passed them without much pain. He also found drinking a lot of water prevents them from forming & he hasn't had one in many years.

A stranger had the nerve to tell me that "you think you are Virgin Mary . You think you are tough"

48.0kg

Rain

Friend did not go to class

Trader Joe's hummus veggie wrap, two carrot, tomato, twix

Gorged

Was not hungry

Nothing bad happened lately

Emotional resilience rapidly approaching zero

Homophobia

Dissociated to the point, someone told a woman "he's kind of slow. I see him on the bus"

"Slow"? Euphemism for what? "Intellectual property disability".

Head changing shape and look like a woman not a man now

My friend required surgery today to remove the stone, because it was "stuck" and impossible to pass
She saw your list prior to surgery and passes along her gratitude. She said she'll research and try one of those methods to prevent a recurrence.

Thank you again, Blabbs.

prego :) and I hope your friend makes a quick recovery free of pain. I hope your friend is not a big tea drinker, that is usually contraindicated in kidney stone patients, as the oxalic acid in tea contributes to stone formation. red tea is a bit lower in oxalates and is safer by a bit.

actually, whether the oxalate in coffee, tea, and greens is a problem depends on what kind of stone it is. it's important to get a stone to the doc for analysis.
